We would highly recommend Digital Reception, using it has helped us in so many ways. This system is an efficient way of registering people in the home and its ability to remember people makes this process even better for returning visitors. Digital Reception creates a fire log which can be downloaded in the event of an emergency. The system also links in to our electronic care planning system registering Next Of Kin visits, which is helpful especially if staff forget to log them.
This system has been a huge improvement in our quality assurance, we have tailored our feedback responses around the CQC’s 5 KLOE’s. We now use this system as our primary source of feedback. Through the charts on the system we can see instantly when someone has given a below 4/5 reply and we can take immediate action to try and discover where we may need to improve.
